The brief and the constraint
Guests wanted the sea view by day and a genuinely dark room at night, and the operator needed to reset rooms to a standard position during turnover.
What we specified
Dual layer shades were fitted in a single headbox per window, with a simple guest panel in each room and floor level grouping at the hub for housekeeping turnover.
The result
The operator reports improved sleep quality scores and housekeeping can reset a floor in a single action.
