Better Light. A Brighter Tomorrow.
Our Factory - Norvablind
Inside our factory

We Make What We Sell

Fabric, tube, motor, track and bracket are made in our own plants. Buying direct from the maker is what turns a specification, a lead time and a price into something that can be committed to.

Responsible sourcing

Materials chosen for durability and lower impact.

Production discipline

Documented process control at every stage.

Skilled people

Experienced hands on every line.

Global delivery

Consistent output, wherever you build.

Inside the factory

We Make What We Sell

Norvablind is the export arm of a manufacturing group that weaves its own fabric, extrudes its own tube, assembles its own motors and forms its own tracks. Nothing about that is a marketing position: it is why a specification survives contact with production, and why a lead time is something we can commit to rather than estimate.

Motor and control assembly line at the plant

The plant behind
the product.

More than 30 years of shading manufacturing sits behind this catalogue. The people who draw the product are the people who tool it, test it and then build it at volume, which is what lets a change request be answered in days rather than across a supply chain.

Our quality commitment
What we are good at

Three Capabilities, Under One Roof

What a buyer is really asking when they want to buy from the factory is whether the maker can carry the whole specification. These are the three things that decide it.

Design, tooling and testing

In-house design, mould development and a test programme that covers cycle life, motor current, fabric colour fastness and coating adhesion before a product is released.

Complete interior and exterior shading

Not a catalogue of parts. Each system is engineered as a whole, so the fabric, tube, motor, bracket and control are specified together and arrive together.

Production from fabric to finished machine

Weaving and coating, tube extrusion and motor assembly, track forming, blind assembly and packing. The chain is ours from end to end, which is what makes a project lead time something we can commit to.

A simple, transparent process

From Enquiry to Container

A structured route with the same team at every step, because a project is only as predictable as the party answering the questions.

01

Enquiry

Sizes, fabric direction, control and the date it has to be on site.

02

Sample

A sample book and a written specification, with the part references.

03

Confirm

Drawings and a production slot once the order is placed.

04

Produce

Built on our own lines, with the test record for each unit.

05

Deliver

Consolidated and shipped against the date we quoted.

What we commit to

Two Promises That Matter More Than the Rest

Everything else in a quotation is negotiable. These two are not, which is why they are written down.

Delivery

A quoted lead time is a committed date. Production slots are held against confirmed orders and we tell you the week a container ships, not the month.

Quality

Every motor is run in, every blind is operated and inspected, and every order ships with its test record. Faults within the warranty period are replaced, not argued about.
