Questions

Frequently asked questions

No. Wi-Fi motors connect directly to the network. The hub is for Zigbee and 433/868 MHz motors, and it is what adds Matter support and local scene execution.

Scenes stored on the SmartBridge hub continue to run locally. Cloud voice control and remote app access are unavailable until the connection returns, but wall switches and remotes are unaffected.

In most cases yes. Dry contact and RS-485 are the interfaces most third party control systems use. Send us the control specification and we will confirm what is required.
