Frequently asked questions
Yes, provided the fabric is reserved at the start of the project. We hold a dyelot for the development so a later phase is produced from the same batch. Where a lot has been exhausted we will supply a sample for approval before production.
Every shade is programmed and cycle tested at the factory against a unit schedule, so on site it is a matter of mounting and pairing. We also supply a commissioning sheet per unit type.
