Shipping & Order Policy
How orders are produced, shipped and, where required, returned.
About this document
This text describes how Norvablind operates and is published in good faith. Before launch, have it reviewed against your registered company details, the jurisdictions you sell into, and any platform or payment provider requirements that apply to you.
Production lead time
Make-to-order schedules and milestones.
Freight & Incoterms
Air and sea, agreed per quotation.
Inspection window
Report discrepancies within 7 days.
01Order process
Orders begin with a confirmed specification and measurement schedule. We issue an order confirmation setting out products, sizes, finishes, quantities, pricing and lead time. Production starts when the confirmation is accepted and the required deposit is received.
02Shipping
Orders ship by air or sea freight depending on volume, destination and the delivery date required. We coordinate freight, export documentation and customs paperwork, and confirm the shipping method and Incoterms in the quotation.
03Delivery and inspection
Please inspect goods on arrival and report any shortage, transit damage or discrepancy in writing within 7 days of delivery, with photographs and the packing list reference. Claims raised after this window may be difficult to resolve with the carrier.
04Returns and cancellations
Made-to-measure products are manufactured specifically for your order and cannot be returned or cancelled once production has started, except where the goods are defective or do not match the confirmed specification.
05Taxes, duties and import charges
Unless the quotation states otherwise, import duties, taxes and clearance charges at destination are the responsibility of the buyer. We will provide the documentation needed to clear the shipment.
06Discreet deliveries and site access
Where a delivery requires special access arrangements, crane hire, or a specific delivery window, please tell us before dispatch so it can be quoted and scheduled. Redelivery charges caused by failed access are the responsibility of the buyer.
Publication checklist
Confirm the operating entity, contact channel, applicable practices and final wording against the registered company details before this document goes live.
Clarity at every step.
If anything here is unclear, ask us and we will explain how it applies to your project.
